Return/refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any items you purchase at the Audacity Store for any reason, please contact us by emailing immediately and we will give you instructions for returning your shipment and offer you a full refund. Please include either your original email order confirmation, or your full name, address, and the date of the order.

Privacy Policy

The Audacity Store is separate from the Audacity website, Audacity forums, and Audacity mailing lists. We will not share your customer information with anyone, for any reason, unless compelled by law.

Security Policy

This site is currently not secure. As a result, we collect your name and address on this site but we do not collect your credit card number. After you have filled your shopping cart, you are connected to an external secure site to complete your payment. This site is safe to enter your credit card. If the volume of sales increases to the point where it is cost-effective, we will switch to hosting our own secure site and collecting your credit card here. You can always tell if a site is secure if the URL begins with "https" instead of "http".
